Mindfulness

Images that depict the beauty and magic around me.  I know it is there all the time and but most of the time I am spinning madly and do not notice.   I encourage you to stop your madness, if only for a moment.  Take snapshots to the heart using your five senses being fully present or you take a real snapshot on that handy hand-held device that is attached to your hip… either works.   Just notice.
