Beat the brain’s negativity bias and fill yourself with calm strength, confidence, and joy. The Positive Neuroplasticity Training will teach you how to:

• Meet your needs to feel safer, more satisfied, and more connected – and less stressed, hurt, and resentful
• Hardwire peace of mind, contentment, and self- compassion into your brain
• Identify your own challenges and pain points and grow specific inner strengths to overcome and heal them.


Anchored Hope

This is a research based, yet human approach to wellness.  An online self-paced course of self discovery with experiential exercised to help you learn healthy ways to navigate toxic stress. Taught from the dual lens of a grief and trauma therapist and a positive psychology life coach.

Courage to Change

If you find yourself aching to connect and act on what matters most to you but not sure where to start, this 12-week minicourse is for you. Courage to Change is designed to help you architect a clear vision, create a supportive plan and dedicate time to how you will bring “it” to life.

Learning to listen to ourselves with compassion and passion will help us align ourselves with the work we want to bring into the world. At the same time surrounded by co-pilots that will help you make it fly. Next session begins in April.


Learn to Live Positively

In this course you will engage in a series of exercises designed to help you build the skills of emotional competence and positivity into your life. As a backdrop for these exercises you will be introduced to the latest research about emotions and neuroplasticity, the ability to change our brain.

As importantly, you will discover our need to experience a healthy range of emotions (both positive and negative) and our human inheritance that can and will swing this range out of balance. Finally, each of the “big 10” positive emotions will be discussed in detail. This deep dive will provide many different ways to intentionally invite positivity into your daily life. This offering is a supported method to live happier, build emotional resilience and lower stress levels. 


Mini Courses to help us understand our Emotions

Thirteen different snackable-sized courses to choose from, each designed to help you counter the stress and overwhelm of everyday life. Invest an hour of your time to increase your knowledge about emotions in general, or discover how negative (not bad) emotions keep us safe and positive emotions help us build resilience. Maybe you yearn to learn more about how you can invite the specific positive emotions of gratitude, hope, joy, serenity, pride, amusement, awe, interest, inspiration and love to bring more life into your life. The road less traveled is yours to begin walking down.
